Rocky Harmon - Head Coach, Owner - Began cheering in college where he participated in the NCA nationals with his squad all 3 years.  He began coaching immediately following graduation from college.  Rocky is entering his 13th  year of coaching.  Despite holding degrees in both math and computer science and a masters in computer science, he chose to open the Carolina Cheer Center and founded the Carolina Elite All-Stars.
Lauren Prinz - Assistant Coach - Currently the coach at Eastern Guilford Middle School, Lauren joined our staff five years ago after working with our program for several years.  Lauren coaches our Younger squads and Special Olympic squad in addition to helping out in Burlington.
Noelle Dudek - Assistant Coach - Former gymnast and Carolina Elite cheerleader.  Noelle has been with our program for 13 years with only a short break for college before transferring closer to home.  Noelle is an assistant coach in Burlington in addition to doing choreography.
Summer Huffines - Assistant Coach - Former Carolina Elite cheerleader.  Summer has been with our program for nine years.  She is an assistant coach in Eden where she works with the competition squads in addition to teaching tumbling.

Jeni Strickland - Assistant Coach - Former Carolina Elite cheerleader.  Jeni came to us from a background in dance.  She is an assistant coach in Eden where she works with the competition squads in addition to doing choreography.
Amber Coe - Camp Director - Cheering since the age of 5 Amber is a wealth of cheerleading experience.  Being in and around our program for the past seven years, Amber is currently a sophomore at ECU.  She works with our camps during the summer in addition to doing choreography.
Will & Kayla Irizarry - Tumbling Instructors - Brother and sister, Will and Kayla are new to the program and bring with them their own flavor of dance.  Both teach several of our tumbling classes.
Lindsey Thomas - Tumbling Instructor - Currently the coach at Eastern Guilford Middle School, Lindsey is entering her second year with us.  Lindsey teaches several of our tumbling classes in addition to private lessons.
Brianna Hamby - Assistant Instructor - Brianna has been cheering since 6th grade and Carolina Elite has been blessed to have her as a member for the last four years. Brianna works with our Eden Youth in addition to teaching tumbling.
Alex Sledge - Assistant Instructor - Alex has been cheering with our program since she was in middle school in addition to cheering with her school. Alex helps coach our Eden Juniors, Burlington Youth, and Burlington Mini's.
